Who can have an account
GOAP accounts are for adults 18 and over: parents, caregivers and event organizers. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
What we collect from families
Your name, email, password (stored scrambled, never readable), an optional home town, the events you save, and your kids' ages if you choose to add them. We store each child only as a birth year, so we can match events by age. We never ask for children's names, photos or birthdays.
What we collect from organizers
Your name, organization, email, phone and website, and the events and photos you post. Event details and photos are public once approved. We remove location data embedded in uploaded photos.
How we use it
To run the site, show you events that fit, send the weekend email if you've turned it on, and tell organizers when their events are reviewed. We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Your choices
You can turn the weekend email off, change your kids' ages, or delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account removes your information from GOAP.
